Your role We are looking for a curious, hands-on intern for 6 Months to support the development of a ZEISS startup initiative with a strong focus on AI — It’s not just about using a few AI tools, but designing ways of working where AI increasingly takes over parts of day to day execution. What you’ll work on: Supporting the setup and development of a ZEISS internal startup approach Contributing ideas on how to define guardrails for “Startup @ ZEISS” Supporting the design of an AI first Operating Model Bringing in fresh perspectives, challenging existing approaches, and actively shaping new structures What’s in it for you: Direct involvement in building something new at ZEISS High visibility and meaningful ownership from day one Collaboration with experienced stakeholders in an entrepreneurial setup A unique opportunity to help design how startups and AI can work at scale in a global company Interested?
