Job Title Human Resources Intern Job Description: We are looking for a brilliant, innovative HR Intern to join our team for the summer at our Americas’ headquarters in Chelmsford, MA! What You’ll Do Here…: - Work with HRBP team to develop and distribute standardized onboarding templates - Distribute and track employee handbook signatures through Docusign - Audit job description database and update to most current template formatting - Assist in scheduling interviews for candidates in recruiting process - Design and upload internal webpage for Learning & Development content - Prep for Learning & Development sessions by assembling materials and participation as applicable - Assemble new hire kits - Coordinate and help design anniversary bobbleheads - Organize data from our annual employee engagement survey, summarize year-over-year trends and provide recommendations for improving the survey process to make data collection more efficient - Update and maintain employee records - Complete a data cleaning audit of our Predictive Index site - Other HR tasks as assigned What We Are Looking For…: - A self-directed visionary who isn’t afraid to ask questions and share ideas - A strategic, an...
