Are you a highly motivated mechanical engineer seeking a challenging and rewarding role with a global company? Valmet is seeking a Mechanical Designer – Converting to join our Detail Engineering Team and contribute to the development of our Tissue converting machinery. In this position, you will work closely with senior designers and the Mechanical Team Leader, participating in the full development cycle of mechanical groups and assemblies—from concept definition to final testing. You will also collaborate with key stakeholders across the project lifecycle, including Project Managers, Operations, and Procurement. This role is ideal for someone with a solid mechanical background, a passion for hands‑on design work, strong problem‑solving skills, and an interest in contributing to innovative industrial solutions.
