Qualifications: Required - Complete maintenance work orders & assignments in a timely manner. - Perform basic service and repair on plumbing fixtures, open clogged lines and drains. - Assist with carpentry and repair work. - Operate a variety of machinery, equipment and tools including saws, router, drills, sanders, planers, drill presses and various hand tools. - Always obey all safety requirements and procedures. - Secure the work area and post proper safety notices for other users of the space prior to beginning work. - Give the grounds a manicured look, including: - Mow the lawns, prune the bushes and trees, weed flower beds and around shrubbery, edge the walkways - Remove leaves from beds, remove branches, brush, or tree stumps as appropriate - Plant grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs - Take on special landscaping or planting projects as deemed necessary by the operations or grounds supervisor - C...
