Job no: R-0000003198 Position Title: PE Instructor & IEA Coach Faculty or Staff: Staff Full Time or Part Time: Part time In-Person, Hybrid, or Remote: In-Person Minimum Starting Rate of Pay: $27.92 Rate of pay commensurate with experience Start Date: 05/01/2026 Job Description: As the PE Instructor and IEA Coach, you will lead by example as an active, competitive rider to inspire and develop a high-performing equestrian team. You are responsible for growing the program through expert technical instruction and a structured PE curriculum, while maintaining rigorous administrative oversight of IEA memberships, show logistics, and team communications to ensure a premier competitive experience. Key Duties and Responsibilities: IEA Leadership: Lead the IEA team through expert technical instruction and strategic coaching. You will manage all "behind-the-scenes" logistics, including IEA memberships, show entries, and team communications. PE Instruction: Deliver a structured, high-quality PE curriculum, providing 15 mounted lessons per semester, per class.
