Utz Quality Foods is looking to grow our loyal, career driven, and customer focused team and is currently recruiting for a Utility III to work from our manufacturing facility located in Wilkes-Barre, PA. Shifts include: As a Utility III this candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining areas where potatoes are handled before being sent through for processing. Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor. - 1st Shift: Monday to Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM - 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM - 3rd Shift: Monday to Friday 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM Key Responsibilities: - Unloads potatoes. - Operates and maintains Spudnick. - Operates fork trucks when necessary. - Assists in potato receiving equipment maintenance. - Performs general maintenance on Spudnick, belts and bins. - Maintains a clean working area where potatoes are offloaded. - Keeps grounds clean around Spudnick and dumpsters. - Places liners in dumpsters as needed. - Cleans pit and pump out area as needed. - Cleans filters and changes them when necessary. - Performs all duties as requested, clean-up, floor scrubbing, etc. - Overtime as required to fulfill production requirements. - Responsible for qual...
