Join the MEPPI Team! Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. (MEPPI) is seeking a Quality Engineer II to plan, implement and maintain the quality assurance/control programs for the Substation Division (SSD). This position will report to the Substation Division Quality Section Manager and is a hybrid position in Warrendale, PA. What You’ll Do: - Investigate and implement the resolution of deficiencies and develop root cause and corrective action summaries for Incident Reports (IRs) and Non-Conformance reports (NCRs) to reduce rework and warranty costs. Perform follow up reviews to measure effectiveness of implemented solutions. - Provide quality assurance support for division developments including creation of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA’s). Prepare and deliver reports on findings. - Create, update and maintain quality program, procedures and quality documents. Analyze quality data and make recommendations for program improvements. - Participate and lead internal audits and collaborate with internal departments to close audit findings.
