OVERVIEW: The Group Reservations Manager leads and oversees all group reservation operations within the Groups & Conventions department. This role serves as the strategic point of contact for Meeting Planners and Convention Services Managers, ensuring flawless execution of all reservation-related components of group business. The manager is responsible for driving operational excellence, maintaining contractual compliance, optimizing room block performance, and fostering strong internal and external relationships.
