Finance Manager

Description Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial management and alignment between local Czech operations and the international group. The role focuses on financial strategy, reporting, intercompany coordination, and ensuring consistency between local accounting and group standards. This position works closely with the Chief Accountant, who manages day-to-day accounting operations and local compliance, and cooperates closely with the VP Finance and CFO Financial Leadership & Reporting: - Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance tracking - Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, yearly) - Support group reporting and consolidation (IFRS) Accounting Oversight & Compliance: - Oversee financials and ensure alignment between CZ GAAP and group standards - Supervise statutory reporting, VAT, and audits (via Chief Accountant) Cash Flow & Working Capital: - Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital (AR, AP, inventory) - Provide visibility on cash and support financial decision-making Operational Finance (Production & Inventory): - Oversee inventory valuation, turnover, and risk (e.g. obsolescence) - Monitor and optimize p...
