Job Family: Strategy & Transformation Consulting Travel Required: Up to 10% Clearance Required: Active Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) What You Will Do: The Strategy and Transformation Manager will lead delivery team to perform a comprehensive assessment of federal organization, develop an integrated plan for modernization of a geographically distributed workforce, identify operational/programmatic synergies with agencies with overlapping mission spaces, create improved methods of information-sharing governance, and reporting. Communicate fact-based assessment findings, measures of successful implementation of improvements, and tightly regulated procedures to Federal C-suite client. What You Will Need: An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI) Federal or DoD security clearance Bachelor's Degree: EIGHT (8) years of experience supporting DHS, Law Enforcement, or Intelligence Community customers What Would Be Nice To Have: Experience overseeing Change Management and/or Process Improvement deliveries PMP Certification: Federal program and contract management oversight experience Experience leading team of junior staff and executing in a cross-functional team of SMEs Experience lead...
