Department: 13437 Enterprise Corporate - Financial Planning : IL Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Full time, Hybrid work Pay Range: $33.05 - $49.60 Major Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze financial statements, cost reports, and statistical data Develop and maintain cash forecasting, capital planning, and treasury models Conduct benchmarking, KPI analysis, and variance reporting Support budgeting, cost accounting, and productivity standards Perform ad-hoc analyses (e.g., program reviews, reconciliation variances, business development assessments) Apply government reimbursement rules (e.g., Medicare/Medicaid) to financial activities Post journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts Mentor accounting staff and support financial systems training Research and document technical accounting issues Present complex financial information to senior leadership Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders May lead or coordinate financial project s Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required: None Required Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in accounting , Finance, Business Administ...
