Job Purpose: Weatherford have a great opportunity for an experienced TRS (Tubular Running Services) Field Operations Supervisor to join the team in Aberdeen. The TRS Field Operations Supervisor is a key team member and will be required to supervise and select offshore personnel to perform casing and tubing running operations in accordance with approved industry standards, quality procedures, safety guidelines and within the scope of the offshore personnel’s qualifications and competencies to fulfil the Clients’ requirements. Review and change as deemed necessary any equipment requirements which will be of benefit to both the Client and Weatherford. Be responsible for audits of our facilities and verify that all job data, failure reports, CPAR, OFI’s etc. are prepared, reviewed and approved in WPTS. Responsibilities: - Supervise and Select suitably trained offshore personnel to carry out casing and tubing running operations on Weatherford’s Client’s locations. - Brief and debrief all offshore crews prior to going offshore with job specific details.
