Store 2708914: 13120 Balm Riverview Rd, Riverview, Florida 33585 Shift Availability: Flexible Availability: Job Type: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ability to successfully train, and coach staff, perform activities around employee engagement, and recognition. - Performs shift supervision and assumes Site Manager’s responsibilities when needed. - Perform and train all duties of CSR, S1, S2 positions in accordance with company guidelines and performance standards. - Provides prompt, courteous customer service and professionally resolves customer issues. - Ensure that customers are satisfied and that any inquiries, incidents and issues are resolved in a timely manner. - Reports all incidents (employee or customer injuries, property damage etc.) to the Site Manager - Ensure the site follows all approved safety procedures. - Ensure the site follows all approved vehicle damage claim procedures. - Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. - Ability to have open availability. - Ability to work opposite shift of Site Manager EXPERIENCE: Three+ years of retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory/management role.
