Description The Donations Coordinator plays a key role in assisting the Human Resources Department and the Tooth Company (Bear Tooth, Moose's Tooth, Eye Tooth & Broken Tooth) in fostering a healthy and inclusive workplace culture and making a positive impact in the community. The Donations Coordinator oversees the charitable donation program, coordinating in-kind donations and monetary sponsorships. This position is also responsible for the employee recognition programs, engagement events and opportunities, and provides administrative support to the HR team. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Duties & Responsibilities: - Oversee the charitable donations program, coordinating in-kind donations of food and merchandise and monetary sponsorships. - Plan and execute employee recognition programs, including manager birthday celebrations, employee birthday and holiday gift distribution, and employee appreciation events. - Facilitate communication strategies for employee assistance program features and athletic registration entry opportunities. - Spearhead employee engagement event coordination and communication. - Assist in the onboarding process for new hires. - Coordinate and conduct new hire orienta...
