As a step in the apprenticeship program, this role focuses on building foundational knowledge and hands-on field experience under the supervision of qualified Journeymen. Apprentice B team members are expected to demonstrate safe work practices, strong teamwork, and a commitment to developing technical skills in both energized and de-energized environments.
