What You'll Be Doing: The Field Development Specialist will serve our firm primarily as a liaison between our Private Client Group (PCG) Regional Directors, Branch Managers, and the Director of Field Development. This role will assist our firm's overall growth strategies and help build our next generation of Financial Advisors. This role will have multiple moving parts during any given day, including, but not limited to, assisting with offer letters for our newly hired Financial Advisor Trainees, developing training curriculum, production tracking, and some coaching elements to follow up and assist our Financial Advisors and Branch Managers through the program.
