Soft Services Manager

Job description

Amentum is seeking a Soft Services Manager. The Soft Services Manager is fully responsible for the overall operation of vendors completing custodial services, landscaping, pest control, snow removal, etc. The Soft Services Manager will also work with other managers to ensure efficient utilization and accountability for space and facilities based on needs, space limitations, and cost considerations. Facility services relate to new construction, remodeling, building maintenance, and rearrangement, including assuring compliance with all applicable codes, rules, regulations, laws, and Company standards. Work requires knowledge of cost estimating, planning and scheduling techniques. Responsibilities: Develops plans and programs in response to present and anticipated space and facility requirements. Prioritizes work based on the needs of the client and for the on-time completion of all work, as well as all documentation involved. Ensures all subcontractors receive required training to perform the subcontracted services in accordance will all Amentum and client safety rules, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
