Ensure all work is performed in a safe, efficient and economical manner, including compliance with all environmental and safety regulations and/or company policies. Develop and maintain two way communications between employees and management. Provide leadership and manage change by development of a culture that promotes/supports team work. Job Description: What You'll Do: Supervise material handling and coal yard activities in compliance with company policies, practices and procedures and applicable state and national codes. Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental and safety regulations. Assist in long & short range planning for maintenance, capital improvements.
