Job DetailsJob Location: 500 Columbia Rd - Dorchester, MA 02125Salary Range: $125,000.00 - $145,000.00Manager of Workforce Training & Development Monday-Friday (position is on site) Full-time 1.0 FTE Exempt/Salaried Salary range: $125,000-$145,000 per year. Salary is commensurate with experience and other job-related factors. The Manager of Workforce Training & Development is responsible for leading organizational wide trainings and career pathways through coordinating, management and execution of workforce development programs. The Manager will proactively assess the needs of the organization and work closely with internal stakeholders, external workforce consultants, schools, and community-based partners. In collaboration with the CHRO, will design and launch a career pathway program to upskill its current workforce and expand employment opportunities to residents within the community. Collaborate with the CHRO to incorporate an innovative employee recognition programs and events.
