This role shapes the overall omnichannel vision — driving personalization, seamless customer journeys, and the use of data, insights, and AI to inform next-best actions (NBA). The Director partners closely with HCP and patient brand leads to co-create compelling, connected experiences that move customers from awareness to conversion and advocacy.
