POSITION SUMMARY: The Boston Medical Center is seeking an Engineering/Facilities Intern that currently pursuing a BS in Facilities/ Mechanical Engineering. Under the supervision of the Facilities Operations Department, the student would be assisting in current Operations & Construction projects, updating CAD based floor plans, and helping in the building of the Preventative Maintenance Program for the 20+ buildings on the medical campus. Compensation: 40hrs/week, $17/hr. Assist in troubleshoots the BAS with Control Center staff and management. Assist management to perform audits of the BAS on a routine basis so as to assure that sequences of operations and alarms are not overridden or inappropriately modified.
