Job Title SSD Customer Service Agent & quotation Admin G&L Job Description: Your role: - Ensuring that all customers are satisfied while meeting or exceeding our business targets. - Handling all inquiries (pre- and post-sales, financial, complaints, non-technical questions or simple technical questions) regarding Philips products and services. - Receiving, logging, solving and routing requests and issues coming in from all Customer channels and communicates solutions - Providing service solutions by creating service work orders and informing the customer the service status - Handling complaints from all customer, subscribers, family members and caregivers in a professional manner (analysis, registration and timely escalation). - Provide Time & Material quote to customer where the service requested and is not covered by warranty or contract, and enable service delivery process when quote is accepted by customer. - Sends Time (labour hours) & Material (spare part) quotations to all customers in Gulf & Levant region You're the right fit if: - University Degree, - Minimum 1-2 years experience in call center/customer service preferred, Good computer, PC - internet and documentation skil...
