Description General Summary: The Forklift Operator I is responsible for safely operating forklifts and pallet jacks to stage, move, store, and retrieve materials throughout warehouse operations. This position requires frequent walking and standing for extended periods while supporting production, shipping, and receiving activities. The role also involves regular communication and customer service interactions with production teams, warehouse staff, drivers, and internal customers to ensure timely and accurate material movement. A strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork is essential.
