Quality Production Supervisor This role is part of our Purina Animal Nutrition business helping our network of local cooperatives, independent dealers and other large retailers serve producers, and animal owners throughout the United States. Through industry -leading R&D and committed partnerships, we innovate the nutrition products and practices that unlock the full potential of every animal for a healthier, more productive life. The Quality Production Supervisor provides leadership for production, guidance, to hourly employees. This includes production, housekeeping, quality control and distribution to ensure safety, production, quality, and cost standards are met. Our QA practices are housed in our QMS (Quality Management System). Following these practices, you will be able to implement new policies as regulations change as well as maintain existing practices. You will also interact with the production staff, providing coaching and training on quality standards, HACCP, and other regulatory initiatives.
