AI Operations Manager - Business Operations (UK) We are looking for an AI Operations Manager to join our growing Business Operations team in London. Reporting directly to the VP, Business Operations, this person will own the automation and optimisation roadmap across Blis - partnering with teams from Sales and Client Services through to Finance, Marketing and Ad-Operations to make the business run measurably better. AI and automation are central to how we do that. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for a problem solver. You’ll sit with teams across Blis, map how the work actually gets done, identify the highest-leverage opportunities, and ship solutions - sometimes by building yourself with modern AI tooling, sometimes by partnering with Product & Engineering. You’ll have a clear mandate to drive change across the company. Key responsibilities: Own the automation and optimisation roadmap across Blis end-to-end: discovery, prioritisation, and delivery.
