To apply to this position click on the following link: HR Candidate Tracking System POSITION SUMMARY: Receives requisitions and confers with requesting organizations regarding requirements, specifications, scopes of work, etc. Prepares and issues Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable, or Trade-Off solicitation documents to ensure that potential subcontractors have a complete understanding of the technical and contractual requirements applicable to the acquisition. May organize and perform pre-bid conferences, coordinate bidder questions/responses during the RFO phase, evaluate proposals, conduct negotiations including terms and conditions, perform cost and/or price analysis, and awards subcontracts within his/her delegation of authority and prepares consent packages and advance notifications for DOE approval, as required.
