Post Event Manager Georgia World Congress Center: PAY RATE: $60,000: 3rd Shift Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group is looking for an experienced Post Event Manager for our Sports and Entertainment venue in Atlanta, GA. This role will report to the Site Manager and handles overseeing cleaning/janitorial duties and staff. BASIC FUNCTION: The Post Event Manager handles all administrative responsibilities for the Event Shift. To ensure the arena is cleaned after each event and ensure maximum service and quality standards are achieved. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP: The Event Manager reports to the Project Manager and receives his/her work assignments from same. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES: - Organize, plan, schedule and execute cleaning operations for the Post Event Shift. - Decide how staff should be deployed and ensures all equipment is set up prior to staff report time. - Ensure all supplies, equipment and labor are available to complete assigned tasks. - Check-in staff, completes deployment sheets and assigns staff to assure proper coverage of facility. - Assigns radios, keys and equipment and completes sign in/out sheet. - Provides employee training and communicates...
