This is an exempt position that reports directly to the Regional Operations Manager and indirectly to others in corporate management. Energy - The General Manager will champion the needs of others through Passion, Integrity, and Initiative to drive the company culture in all that we do. Discovery - The General Manager will drive growth within their restaurant through development, training, and fiscal responsibility. Community - The General Manager will be a brand ambassador in the mission and values of Eureka! through grassroots marketing, talent acquisition, and passion to serve our community.
