Overview The Regional Account Manager (RAM) is a client-facing leader responsible for managing and growing strategic client relationships across a defined territory. This role serves as the primary point of contact for both existing and new clients throughout the full lifecycle—from onboarding and recruitment through immigration and arrival—while ensuring outstanding client service and operational execution. The RAM owns client satisfaction, growth targets, and the seamless coordination of internal WWHS teams to meet client needs. In addition to managing current accounts, the RAM plays a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, expanding portfolios, and supporting the long-term success of WWHS. Responsibilities: Existing Client Management: - Be the primary face of WWHS for assigned client accounts, managing relationships across all stages of the service lifecycle (onboarding, recruitment, immigration, and arrival). - Lead monthly client meetings and weekly status calls, responding promptly and professionally to all client requests. - Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives. - Plan and lead on...
