Description Shift Supervisor - 1st Shift: Portland, TN: Responsibility & Authority: The Supervisor reports to the Manager and leads the development, implementation, and application of Bluegrass and customer’s production and warehouse systems in demanding manufacturing and warehousing environments. The Supervisor must have the ability to work with customers, team members, suppliers and with Accounting and Human Resources on various aspects of multiple projects. The Supervisor must have strong training and interpersonal communication skills in order to establish and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally. The Supervisor may be asked to assist with all aspects of the operation. For this location, the Supervisor must have a minimum of 1 year recent forklift experience.
