AOT Project Manager I - Municipal Assistance

Job description

Overview The Vermont Agency of Transportation (AOT) is seeking a Project Manager I to join its Municipal Assistance Section (MAS). This role will work in close partnership with municipalities and local project sponsors to plan, design, and deliver a range of transportation projects, from simple to moderately complex in scope. These projects are focused on improving safety and mobility, increasing system capacity, and preserving critical infrastructure for the traveling public. The Project Manager I is responsible for guiding projects through all phases of development while ensuring compliance with applicable requirements. Many projects are supported through Federal Aid programs, requiring adherence to federal regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
