Position Summary: Vallen’s Corporate Trainer is an individual contributor position responsible for the coordination, development and delivery of associate soft skill development and/or IT application training. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Assists with assessing organizational training needs for associate professional skill development, knowledge of company products, processes, work roles, and/or technologies; identifies skill or knowledge gaps among the organizations associate population. - Develops training content in response to identified training needs and/or modifies 3rd party developed training materia! l as required; develops training programs and required materials or analyzes vendor offerings and makes recommendations for purchase. - Selects training tools or training delivery mechanisms, based on the material being taught and the audience being targeted. - Maintains existing course content, manuals, or other training materials. - Facilitates classroom, web-based, and/or individualized training. - Coordinates and ensures appropriate training facilities, equipment, materials are available for training activities. - Maintains accurate associate training recor...
