JOB DESCRIPTION: The Outbound Selector is a key member of the warehouse team responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting and preparing customer orders for delivery. This role requires a higher level of skill and responsibility, demonstrating increased efficiency, accuracy, and the ability to handle more complex orders. Responsibilities: Order Selection: - Accurately select and gather products from warehouse shelves according to customer orders using pick sheets, voice-directed systems, or other order fulfillment technologies. - Ensure the correct quantity, quality, and product codes are selected for each order. - Stage selected products for loading onto delivery trucks in a timely and organized manner, optimizing space utilization. Inventory Accuracy: - Identify and report any discrepancies or discrepancies in inventory to supervisors. - Assist with cycle counts and inventory adjustments as needed. Equipment Operation: - Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment such as electric pallet jacks, order pickers, and voice-directed picking systems.
