This involves the installation, configuration and ongoing support of server, storage and other IT infrastructure components to agreed designs, timescales and budgets, including the creation and delivery of relevant design documentation and maintenance of run books. The role demands the support/implementation of technical solutions to meet projects requirements with a good appreciation of the need to balance customer, budget and timescale expectations.
