Job description

Bench Role - West Division: Relocation flexibility is required for this role. Candidates must be open to relocating to multiple Lowe's Pro Supply locations within the West Division, though they are not required to be open to every location. Final placement will consider both business needs and candidate preferences. Candidates with greater relocation flexibility will have increased opportunities to move forward in the selection process. Your Impact at Lowe’s: As the Branch General Manager (BGM), you will be a key member of the leadership team, coaching and training associates, delegating, following up on daily tasks, managing performance, and ensuring adequate department coverage managing the daily operations of the Branch. This role includes building and supporting a branch culture, in partnership with key stakeholders, that is aligned to the Lowe’s mission and behaviors where employees are engaged and inspired.
