What will you do?: Position Summary: The Wound Care Specialist is responsible for providing support, treatment, product recommendations and follow-up care for patients with identified problem wounds or ostomies. As a key resource, the Wound Care Specialist will interpret and apply evidence based best practice to improve the quality of patient care; and conduct outreach to clinicians and health care providers in order to facilitate adoption of services, problem solving and understanding of clinical guidelines as they pertain to identified wound care and ostomy patients.
