Our people make the difference. What you will do: As a Quality Specialist in Metallurgy, you will be a key technical voice within the Product and Process Development team. Your work will help ensure our steel substrates and tin mill products are developed, improved and delivered to a consistently high standard. This role involves a blend of supporting day to day manufacturing needs, driving long term product development and contributing to the strategic technical direction of the business. You will provide technical expertise to manufacturing teams, working closely with colleagues to understand product performance, investigate issues and support process improvements. This includes documenting developments, sharing insights and engaging with stakeholders across commercial, R&D, inter-works teams and operational functions.
