The Body Shop Australia is currently recruiting for a Full Time Beauty Advisor who will be rostered to work 38 hours per week. Week 1 38 hours per week: - Tuesday and Wednesday 10:30-19:15 - Thursday 10:00-18:00 - Friday 12:00-21:15 - Saturday 11:00-19:15 Week 2 38 hours per week: - Tuesday and Wednesday 10:30-19:15 - Thursday 12:00-21:15 - Friday 10:00-18:00 - Saturday 11:00-19:15 Your role in a nutshell: To support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times. Key duties: - The Beauty Advisor will take the time to learn our customer’s needs and recommend fantastic products that make them feel so good. - Uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies. - Offer expert advice to our customers and provide an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy.
