1. Sales and Business Development: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. - Identify new business opportunities and actively seek out potential customers. - Expand the client base by engaging with key decision-makers in target industries. - Promote and sell a range of machinery products, ensuring alignment with customer needs. - Monitor market trends, collect industry and competitor information, and develop sales strategies. - Lead the product development team to improve products to meet market demands. - Assist with product certification and licensing in the UK and Ireland to ensure compliance with local regulations and market entry requirements. 2. Customer Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service. - Conduct regular follow-ups and site visits to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Handle customer inquiries, provide technical guidance, and resolve issues efficiently. 3.
