In addition, specific functions may change from time to time: Competent in the technical operations of all equipment in this section Assess patients, review orders/chart as appropriate confirming reason for exam Ensure pertinent patient symptoms and clinical history are documented and a signed consent form is present if needed Prepare patients for procedure, answer any questions and effectively communicate with the supervising radiologist for special instructions and/or questions regarding exam protocol Responsible for prompt completion and accurate recording of exam begin and end time in the Radiology Information System (RIS) to ensure timely access to study by the radiologist Provide safe...
