Job Summary: The Senior Product Manager – Recommendations & AI will lead the evolution of our e-commerce platform's personalization and AI-driven experiences. This role will focus on leveraging advanced recommendation algorithms and generative AI to deliver highly relevant and engaging customer journeys across all platforms (desktop, mobile web, and app). You will be responsible for analyzing data, defining a strategic roadmap, and driving the implementation of AI-powered features that enhance product discovery, personalization, and overall customer satisfaction. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, UX/UI, and marketing, to ensure seamless integration and execution of AI initiatives.
