Job Description Directs, develops and designs policies, services, and programs. Leads the implementation of redesign programs, and provides operational expertise. Oversees clinical and other educational programs. Job Responsibility: - Plans, organizes, and directs operational and administrative activities in support of clinical programs and education. - Oversees project operations involving growth of advanced clinical providers; assists in defining measurable clinical practice metrics; plans objectives within programs developing clinical relationships including interactions with Corporate, partners, nursing and physicians. - Collaborates with facility administrators, clinical leaders and organization clinicians to design and implement clinical performance improvement projects that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of patient care. - Partners and collaborates with medical and management teams to serve as liaison between and among physicians, management, nursing, and other clinical staff. - Develops an effective intra-disciplinary communications process within the department and across the organization for evidence based collaborative projects. - Collaborates with clinical and...
