Company: Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd What you’ll be doing: Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a Reuse, Salvage and Quality Advisor to join our team in Rocky . This permanent, full-time role (Monday to Friday), focuses on driving quality, cost efficiency and continuous improvement within our Component Rebuild Centre. In this role, you will: Lead reuse, salvage and quality improvement initiatives that reduce Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and improve reliability. Conduct monthly CRC bay audits against CRCA and Reuse & Salvage standards. Complete quarterly CRCA audits and drive corrective actions to closure. Perform monthly scrap bin audits, identify trends and implement cost‑reduction actions. Ensure compliance with the Reuse & Salvage Assurance Program, including training and claim documentation. Audit service reports and provide clear improvement recommendations to supervisors. Track actions, report progress and support the CRC in achieving Best in Class audit results.
