SHIFT: Typically, 5 days a week from 3:00pm to 11:30pm. Can vary based on business need. POSITION SUMMARY: The General Maintenance / Duty Engineer performs day-to-day maintenance activities to ensure facilities, equipment, and grounds are safe, functional, and well-maintained. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: - Perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance on facilities, equipment, and grounds. - Troubleshoot and complete complex repairs across multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, etc.). - Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company policies. - Ensures work is done in a quality and timely manner. - Work with other departments to address maintenance needs and minimize operational impact. - Maintain accurate records of work orders, repairs, and preventative maintenance activities. - Respond to emergency maintenance issues as needed. - ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED - Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent - Minimum years of experience: 1 year in the engineering and maintenance or related professional area; technical training in HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing - Certificate(s) or License(s): Possess a valid Missouri “E” or Arkansas...
