The Experience Senior Living Team is comprised of dynamic professionals that are fueled by their passion to empower people as they grow older to live life to the fullest. They are creators, architects, nurses, researchers, programmers, marketers, facilitators, developers, investors, and caregivers, all focused on making a positive impact on the lives of residents, their families and team members. Responsibilities: Internal Sales & Community Stabilization (Initial Phase) - Partner with the Executive Director and Director of Sales to meet and exceed occupancy goals for the assigned community. - Lead or support sales presentations, tours, and prospect follow-up to drive move-ins. - Maintain accurate data and follow-up activity within the CRM system (Sherpa or equivalent). - Collaborate with community leadership to ensure an exceptional prospect experience, model staging, and adherence to ESL brand standards. - Conduct daily sales strategy sessions and participate in creative outreach planning. - Provide on-site coaching and support to sales teams during periods of turnover, leave, or transition. - Support event planning and community visibility to increase qualified leads.
