We are currently looking for an exceptional Scrum Master to join our Airspace Mobility Solutions team! You will have the opportunity of working in an exciting and technically challenging domain, t rusted by global partners, serving to protect lives and uphold the fundamental right of every individual. Responsibilities: Guide developers to improve clean coding skills; Advise engineers and project managers on engineering environments; Mentor team members to foster continuous improvement; Contribute to continuous improvement of software best practices and training (e.g., running sessions, creating support materials); Support the Head of Discipline in monitoring and enhancing team performance and quality KPIs.
