Sister - Charge Nurse - Pre Assessment Bath Clinic 30 Hours & Permanent Salary: Up to £49,000.00 FTE per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification) Bath Clinic is part of Circle Health Group , Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country. We have an opportunity for a Sister - Charge Nurse to join their team of staff in the Pre Assessment department. This is a part time role for 30 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. Duties of this role include: - Provide hands-on clinical care, acting as a senior point of support for complex or deteriorating patients. - Coordinate daily clinical activity and ensure safe staffing levels, skill mix, and continuity of care. - Allocate and supervise staff during shifts, ensuring responsibilities are clearly defined and patient needs are met. - Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with NMC and organisational standards. - Act as a key liaison for patients, families, consultants, and members of the wider multidiscipli...
