Overview: We are seeking an ER Charge Nurse, also referred to as an Emergency Room Charge Nurse or Emergency Department Charge Nurse. The ER Charge RN oversees the efficient functioning of the ER department / ED department, balancing administrative duties with patient care. The ER Charge Nurse coordinates patient flow, ensuring the right resources are available for patient needs and that priority cases are addressed promptly. The Charge Nurse will manage staff, assign duties based on skill and patient load while providing guidance and supporting the nursing team.
