The MOCVD Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine and corrective maintenance on Metal‑Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) reactors used in semiconductor epitaxy. This role ensures that equipment operates safely, reliably, and within factory specifications to support high‑volume production and engineering development. The technician works hands‑on with complex mechanical, electrical, gas delivery, and vacuum systems in a cleanroom environment. Key Responsibilities: Equipment Maintenance: - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on MOCVD reactors - Support chamber cleans, hardware replacements, rebuilds, calibrations, and system resets. - Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues involving vacuum pumps, MFCs, valves, robotics, sensors, heating systems, and gas panels. - Execute scheduled PMs with proper documentation and attention to detail.
