Guest Service Supervisor Location: My Place Hotel - Dickinson, ND The Guest Service Supervisor plays a key leadership role in delivering a welcoming, efficient, and consistent guest experience at the My Place Hotel in Dickinson, ND. This position supports front desk operations while guiding and developing the Guest Service Representative team. The Supervisor works closely with the General Manager to ensure daily operations run smoothly and that company policies, brand standards, and service expectations are consistently met. This is a hands‑on role for a leader who leads by example, remains guest‑focused, and supports team members during all phases of the guest stay.
